About us

The 65 Collective was created in the spirit of the Black Arts Movement, starting in 1965. And we officially launched our gallery in 2020 during the global pandemic and civil unrest against systemic racism.  In that light, we seek to curate art from artists that are a part of the Black, Indigenous, and other communities of Color. We are building a gallery to showcase art that reflects the diversity, struggles, strengths, and celebrations of people of Color who are often underrepresented in the art world.  Our ever-growing network of artists from all over the world is helping us reach this vision. Information about each artist can be found under the respective designs and products.

At 65 Collective, our mission is to help you discover, learn about, and collect the artwork from these communities. The gallery's line-up is hand-selected with the utmost care. It features emerging and established artists from various countries and cultures, providing diversity in content, perspective, and style.

When you shop with 65 Collective, you are purchasing art from a company that is proud to be Black-owned and operated. We work hard to earn your business and deliver excellent customer service every day. We empower our artists because each purchase directly benefits the artists.
